Abrasion and corrosion resistant ceramic V-notch ball valves delivered to Glencore

YFL PN16 DN50 and PN16 DN100  abrasion resistant ceramic V-port ball valves  were delivered again to Glencore to solve abrasion and corrosion problems for abrasive and corrosive mining slurry contained nickel and copper suspension during Nickel hydrometallurgical process. The body is in material of forged carbon steel A105 and lining with 99% Al2O3 ceramic, and the ball and seat are made of ZrO2 ceramic with higher flexual strength. Titanium stem is adopted to be against corrosive slurry. The through hole flange and longer face to face are customized to meet customer's requirments. YFL  Ceramic V-port ball valves  have been purchased as regular products for backup in Glencore system. Our top class quality have been approved and have won more and more repeated orders from end users.
