How should check about chiller?

Advise inspect chiller machine once a month, the contents below :



1. Whether it is normal for the pressure of the refrigeration system ;

2. Whether the electrical circuit has bad contact, heating, aging and other bad phenomena;

3. Whether it is balanced for the power supply and current of three-phase for the compressor, water pump, and oil pump motor or not;

4. Whether the fastening screws are loose or not;

5. Whether there is abnormal noise or not;

6. Whether the water filter needs cleaned or replaced or not;

7. Whether the circulating water meets the requirements or not.
